
I find joy in creating; whether that's shaping wood, geeking out on tech, occasionally procrasti-baking, or getting lost panting reading and all things musical theatre. That creativity and curiosity also shape the way I show up in sessions, offering a grounded and supportive space to explore what feels heavy or unclear. I care deeply about walking with clients through anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and overwhelm as they build resilience, clarity, and meaningful growth.

I believe therapy is a collaborative space—one grounded in relationship, safety, and genuine curiosity. My aim is to create an environment where you can slow down, breathe, and explore your thoughts, emotions, and internal stories without judgment. Life often pressures us to perform, hold responsibilities, or minimize our own needs. In our work together, we will make room for your full, authentic self. Encountering these deeper layers can feel unsettling, but within a trusting therapeutic relationship, they can become pathways to understanding, healing, and personal transformation.

My approach is rooted in collaboration. You already hold the strengths, resilience, and internal resources needed to grow. My role is to partner with you as we uncover creative ways to access parts of yourself you may not have realized were there and to build upon the abilities that make you uniquely you. Together, we will cultivate self-awareness, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of connection; to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to build.

I specialize in working with ages 18+ with ADD/ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, and also work extensively with grief, depression, stress, and relationship concerns. My experience includes supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions, codependency, family conflict, and marital or premarital challenges.
