
I absolutely love cozy naps and tasty snacks—they’re my favorite combo! Starting the day with a warm cup of coffee is a little ritual I can’t break out of. I can spend hours watching documentaries about anything—they’re so fascinating! Recipes and written instructions are not my friends, I prefer to use them as guides. Oh, and Shrek in Spanish? It’s the best version there is!
Therapy is a place to explore what makes you “you,” nothing is off the table! My goal for our therapy is to create a safe space to help you achieve self-acceptance and a greater understanding of yourself and your relationships. We can do this by creating a relationship of trust where you can explore and identify your emotions and beliefs in order get to know yourself fully and begin your healing journey.

My approach to therapy is relationship based. I believe in the power of conversation – on what is being said out loud and what isn’t. As we get to know one another, I focus on helping you identify the power of your thoughts and belief system as well as your emotions. I use a collaborative approach and evidence-based treatment to help you process anything from trauma to overall life stressors.

I have a passion for working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, and those with multicultural backgrounds. I enjoy working with motivated individuals who want to learn to recognize the importance of their mental health, especially those who have never tried therapy before. As an immigrant, I understand the power of breaking through cultural barriers and taboos to prioritize your mental health.
