At Aletheia, we believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Grounded in attachment science, our Women's IOP integrates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mentalization-based, and mindfulness approaches. Together, these perspectives help women better understand themselves and their relationships while developing practical skills for navigating emotions, stress, and everyday life.

As a relational, depth-oriented therapists, we specialize in helping women navigate the complex transitions of life when standard weekly therapy isn't enough. In our Women's IOP group, our roles are akin to being wilderness guides. We not here to dictate your direction or force a specific path, but are experts in navigating difficult emotional and relational terrain. Together, we will build an authentic, non-judgmental space rooted in safety and curiosity, ensuring that even when the path ahead feels uncertain, you are never lost or alone.
